چکیده

Previous investigations have indicated that, in bacteria, the rapid acceleration of the biosynthetic reactions leading to the biosynthesis of the pyrimidine nucleotides of ribonucleic acid accumulation of RNA, proteins, and phospholipids (10). The a,nd deoxyribonucleic acid proceeds as shown in Scheme 1 (1, 2). following study was undertaken to investigate the possibility Whether this is the major pat.hway for pyrimidine biosynthesis of a relationship between growth, the synthesis of RNA, and in mammalian tissue is not clear (3-5). the activity of carbamoyl phosphate : L-aspartate carbamoyl The first step in the biosynthetic pathway, the transfer of the transferase in the uterus of the immature rat stimulated by carbamoyl group of carbamoyl phosphate to L-aspartic acid to estradiol-17@. form carbamoylaspartic acid, is catalyzed by the enzyme carbamoyl phosphate : L-aspartate carbamoyl transferase. Analgesic Effect of 17β-Estradiol on Nucleus Paragigantocellularis Lateralis of Male Rats Mediated Via GABAA Receptors

Introduction: Beside its autonomic functions, the nucleus paragigantocellularis lateralis (LPGi) is involved in the descending pain modulation. 17β-Estradiol is a neuroactive steroid found in several brain areas such as LPGi. Intra-LPGi microinjection of 17β-estradiol can elicit the analgesic responses. 17β-Estradiol modulates nociception by binding to estrogenic receptors as wel...

The antinociceptive effect of 17β-estradiol in the nucleus paragigantocellularis lateralis of male rats may be mediated by the NMDA receptors

Introduction: The nucleus paragigantocellularis lateralis (LPGi) is involved in the descending pain modulation. The neurostreoid, 17β-estradiol found in the PGi nucleus and modulates nociception by binding to estrogen receptors and also by allosteric interaction with NMDA receptors. In this study, the role of NMDA receptors in the 17β-estradiol-induced pain modulation was investig...

The role of GABAA receptors in the analgesic effect of intra-paragigantocellularis lateralis injection of 17β-estradiol in male rat

Introduction: 17&beta-Estradiol modulates nociception by binding to the estrogenic receptors and also by allosteric interaction with other membrane-bound receptors like glutamate and GABAA receptors. In addition to its autonomic functions, paragigantocellularis lateralis (LPGi) is involved in the pain modulation, too. The aim of the current study was to investigate the involvement of the membra...

Synthesis, Characterization and Study of Some N-Substituted Aryl-2- ({4-[(Substituted Aryl Carbamoyl) Methyl]-5-(Pyridin-4-yl)-4H-1, 2, 4-Triazol-3-yl} Sulfanyl) Acetamide

Pathogenic infections and inflammation are very common ailments humans suffer. Upsurge of resistant pathogens has impeded the antimicrobial drug development process in recent years and the search of new antimicrobial agents is clearly evident from the literature. In line with these developments the synthesis of N-substituted aryl-2-({4-[(substituted aryl carbamoyl) methyl]-5-(pyridin-4-yl)-4H-1...
